You may request a refund or return for eligible items if:

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including tags and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  2. Package the item securely and include the RA number and proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps outlined in the return process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@shinecite.com with a description and photos of the issue.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and either issue a replacement or process a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring a fee.

  • To cancel an order, contact our customer support team promptly.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a restocking fee.

8. Additional Information
